"I attend a strength and stretch Vibes class every Wednesday, so it complements the other walking, and aqua fit activities I do. As a senior with osteoarthritis, I find that my weekly Vibes class enables me to be more mobile and energetic.
My weekly strength and stretch class at Vibes is a great destination for "me time" in the middle of a busy week. Doing exercises on a vibrating platform feels good, and I feel more toned and as if my muscles are getting a work-out in a different way, so I'm rejuvenated afterwards. There's a bit of a social component as well, exercising in a small group setting.
I would recommend Vibes to anyone looking for a quick, effective exercise boost. It's a practical way to get some cardio and stretch for anyone with time constraints. Elliot's considerable training means that he's able to fine tune fitness approaches for client's needs. It's a central location with free parking, and you can use the Vibes machines with or without the additional equipment provided."

" The thought of joining a “gym” simply wasn’t in the cards for me. I just, shall I say, despise gym and the sweaty people in them. I knew I had to do something if I was going to be more limber than I was a few years ago. A friend of mine, I think it was probably my physiotherapist, suggested Vibes knowing what she knew about me. And so I did come in to se the studio - bonus - it was small, clean and had stations for only five people at a time. That prompted me to try it.
I think I joined mid August 2019 and have been there ever since, except for the times when I’m away on vacation.
I have noticed over the years that I have become somewhat more limber and that’s what I wanted to achieve, not to mention that being in the studio is very enjoyable and my follow Vibes members that go during my time there are fun to be with - we all respect one another and enjoy our company albeit for a short moment every time we exercise.
Vibes has been a source of good support for what I planned to achieve, albeit at the beginning I wasn’t sure how or what I truly was planning. It all came together with time and the belief that I could do this thing “EXERCISE” - a truly foreign concept in my life before. As a matter of fact, my going to Vibes has shown me that I can take care of my other needs regarding my health - I think that especially in the recent weeks it gave me the courage to start eating more healthy foods - that’s a big number for me.
I believe in the concept of Vibes' approach to exercise because I see that it workds for me. I’m sure that a whole segment of our "more mature” segment of the population would benefit if they knew how Vibes could help without going all out at a traditional gym. Victoria has a large number of retirees or soon to be retirees and I personally think that Vibes would be quite beneficial for the mature segment of our population. If nothing else, Vibes is responsible for better circulation for me and I think a lot of other people would benefit from this alone, not to mention limbering the whole body."

"I am a busy professional and I needed a fitness program that was flexible, super effective and efficient. The VIbes system has proven track record because of its unique technology. If it is good enough for astronauts and olympic teams it is good enough for me. I have tried lots of courses including a personal trainer and Vibes is the best for me which is why I have stuck with it.
I now feel my core working in every day movements. I look forward to each class and always feel happy when I leave.
