Movement for Wellness

 Suitable for everyone. Lower-intensity movement to enhance your activity. 

Strength/Cardio for Wellness

 Suitable for everyone. A blend of dynamic movement and strength training to get your heart rate up and enhance your abilities. 

"Shredders"

 More advanced. Full-body workout including a blend of strength training and kettlebell conditioning for those seeking a challenge. 

Stretch

 Improve your flexibility for better daily movement. Suitable for everyone. 

Independent Living Program

 Specialized program for those looking to substantially improve lower limb strength and balance. Separate from regular Vibes membership.


  • Twice weekly hour-long sessions
  • Monthly body composition scans to track progress
  • Full membership to Vibes


Currently being offered on Mondays and Wednesday 3-4pm OR Tuesdays and Fridays 2-3pm.
